the big plan

Just so you know, this is the plan as it is shaping up…

Mon 16th April Flight Heathrow to San Francisco

Tues 17th – Sat 21st At the AAG in SF, the yearly conference of American geographers (with quite a few of us foreign types thrown in)

Sat 21st – Wed 25th Staying with Rachel in San Fransisco

Thurs 26th – Mon 30th in Yosemite! With Rachel and her friend Emine.

Tues 1st May – Sun 6th Staying with Rachel in SF. On Wed 2nd I am visiting UC Davis to meet with reseachers there.

Mon 7th – Sat 12th Staying with my Aunty Sam in Virginia. I fly out to Washington Dullas over the Sunday night and fly out to Seattle Saturday morning. In the meantime I will be living a rural life, frolicking with the horses and with no internet connection!

Sat 12th – Wed 16th Staying in Seattle and meeting up with researchers in the University of Washington Mon thro Wed, and giving a presentation on the Monday.

Wed 16th – Fri 19th I’ve been told that Portland is a nice place so I thought I’ld take a train and explore for a couple of days.

Sat 20th – Tues 29th Staying with Rachel in SF. Hopefully James will be able to visit during this time.

Wed 30th – Sun 3rd Environmental Design and Research Conference in Sacramento ( a few hours drive from SF).

Sun 3rd. Flight home from SF to Heathrow and then onto Manchester, getting back on the Monday 4th afternoon.
